Here are my essential table tennis gear that i use below.

My blade has been updated to Viscaria Super alc with straight handle. I like that it has a little harder feel than my old viscaria blade with flared handle and new straight handle seems to be a little easier to hold in service and backhand loops. I am using grip tape but finding it to be too grippy so i might change to flared again may be later. The blade is upper intermediate and advanced players suited for. It has a very good speed and crispy feeling and gives a bit better feedback in blocking then normal Viscaria.

My Forehand rubber is Dignics 09 c for now again but I am planing to switch it back to Dignics 05. I think Dignics 05 has that a little extra speed from its sponge that helps me to get some more power and 09c with its great balance on service return on forehand short balls and stickiness to lift underspin balls has been

My current backhand rubber is Dignics 09c. I like this rubber for its stickiness and good control and speed. Since my blade is very fast I think paring with Dignics 09c makes it more balanced for me.

The robot I use for training is Amicus from Butterfly. It is one below with the tab, advanced but I like the control board to be more manual. The biggest plus of this type of robot that you can preset up to 7 different balls, meaning one with underspin, or top spin or service. That helps stimulate more game plan training and help to randomize quality of the ball. The minus of the robot is that the ball feels like and looks like coming in an angle due to having different ball throwing method then say newgy robot. It also at its highest power not that high as a person would loop who is rated say over 1600 usatt. It is very versatile and helps to get to work on specific area for training.

One of the addition for my training has been a rebound board. It gives you a bit of more fun that you are missing when practicing with robot, in a way that it is like someone is blocking against you and you can see how adding some side spin can affect the block being placed in a different part of the table. It helps with consistency and it keeps you staying focused in the rally. I have been practicing looping from different spots of the table or working on loops to the middle or down the line.

My table tennis table is Donic Waldner Premium 30. It is a very good table to have for coaching and training. It has good wheels and the quality of the surface is high level. Usually you do not need 30 cm thickness table. It is good to have one with this thickness if you will get a lot of use of it like coaching or for clubs. It is very well priced too and megaspin does a good job delivering it.

Now this is may be not so much necessary but I personally had to try a lot of shoes until I found butterfly lezoline shoes. I find them very comfortable to move and train in. The grip stays very long and the sole of the shoe is very comfortable and soft. So i recommend it.
