When you first start learning table tennis, having the right paddle can make a big difference. I recommend choosing one with grippy rubber and a sponge at least 1.5 mm thick.

The rubber’s grip helps you generate spin, while the sponge provides some bounce. This makes it easier to learn the basic strokes and develop good habits, without having to adjust your technique to compensate for a paddle with little grip or bounce.

It is a good beginner racket to start learning table tennis. It has a good grip, comfortable handle, good blade. Even though it is advertised as carbon it is not very fast but with balanced speed to help beginners to start learning table tennis.
